NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)

2. Find Key Dates by Matter (MAKYMSCR) program

3. Search the Matter number

4. Select the affected Time Entry (Wrong YEAR)

5. Double-Click on the affected line

6. Key Date Entry/Update screen appears

7. Update the Key Date

8. Click Green Tick ✅️ to Save and Clear

 
 
9. Add Reason
10. Click on OK button
 

 
11. Click on No button
 

 
12. Click on Refresh button

Cause

This happens when a user accidentally enters a future YEAR!
