DESCRIPTION

This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to Apply 3 years - VOI for Clients.

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find System Setup (SYCONTRL) program
3. Select System Settings (under General Settings)
4. Update Verification of Identity Valid for field (under Verification of Identity (VOI))
5. Click Green Tick ✅️ to Save and Clear

By Default, OP software will show 3 years (36 months) for the VOI Performed Client in Record Maintenance (ARCLIENT) program.
