STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)

2. Find TRUST Reserved Funds (TRRESENT) program

3. Select the affected Matter No

4. Type in Release Reason: Only 50 Characters (incl. space) 

5. Click on Release Funds

Cause

This Alert pops up when Release Reason exceeds 50 characters (incl. spaces)

Check in MS Word the Character Count of the Reason entered
