DESCRIPTION

This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to Allow a Fee Earner or a User to MOVE WIP.

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find Person Maintenance (MAPERENT) program
3. Find the Affected User
4. Click on Time Keeping page (left hand side)
5. Tick Can Move Unbilled Wip between Matters option
6. Click Green Tick ✅️ icon to Save and Clear
    
   
    

📌CAUSE

The pop up box appears if a User does not have the permission to complete this Task!

👁️‍🗨️CLARIFICATION

Move WIP task is a Person Level work/task and for this reason, this access permission is given from the Individual required User's Profile (Person Maintenance (MAPERENT) program)
