This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to fix Negative WIP issue in Matter Enquiry (LAMAENQ) program

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)

2. Find Recalculation of Accounting Balance (LARECALC) program 

3. Untick all options 

4. Only Tick Update Age Balances - WIP option

5. Click OK to Save the update

Now reopen the Matter Enquiry program to check.
 
NOTE: Summary Controls Report (LACTRRPT) program can confirm the correct information against the Matter
