DESCRIPTION

This article is written with step-by-step instructions  to Disable Users to access OP.

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to path O:\OPDOCS\work from File Explorer 📁 (in computer)

   NOTE: Generally Open Practice folder is in O or M drive

2. Search for SYSINTER.INI (Configuration Settings)
3. Double Click on
4. UPDATE the SYSINTER.INI file

5. To LOCK users out 

   ~ Disable_Logins set to TRUE 

6. To ALLOW specific users 

   ~ Type in required users' Login IDs with a comma (,) in Logins_Allowed field
    

NOTE: Usually Disable Logins is set to FALSE, as everyone is allowed to access and use Open Practice.
