DESCRIPTION
This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to Export the OPQuery Data to CSV File.
NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.
STEPS TO FOLLOW
PART A | OPQuery Data export to Excel
1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find OPQuery (OPQUERY) program
3. Query Utility screen appears
4. Click on Clear button (from top)
5. Copy and Paste the above QUERY in the Query Statement area
6. Click Execute button (from top)
7. Click Print/Export button (from top)
8. Select Comma Delimited Format

9. Click Select button

10. Click OK
11. Enter a PATH and FILENAME with CSV extension, e.g o:\OPdocs\Reports\Rusaba OPQuery.csv

NOTE: Check the path from the OP Drive where you would like to SAVE the Report

12. Click OK
13. Click Yes
PART B | Update & Save the Excel report
1. Go to the file path and open the CSV file

2. Open the Saved Excel report
3. Rearrange / Sort / Filter the file
4. SAVE the report
