Unable to Print File Cover from Matter Maintenance program, as below prompt box appears:

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Always UPDATE File Cover Sheet name
2. Click on File (Menu Bar of MS Word)
3. Click on Save As, instead of Save
4. You must Update the File name

⭕CAUSE

Another File Cover is opened under same name e.g. 250524_RR.cov

NOTE: OP system does not allow users to create another File Cover Sheet with same name in order to avoid overwriting an existing file.

By default, OP system creates File Cover Sheet with Computer Date_OP User e.g. 250524_RR:

By default, MS Word - File Cover Sheet shows Computer Date_OP User e.g. 250524_RR, for any Matter File Cover:

In assigned folder, if Saved MS Word - File Cover Sheet without Name update:
