Unable to Print File Cover from Matter Maintenance program, as below prompt box appears:

DESCRIPTION

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find System Document Templates (SYSDOC) program
3. System Document Templates Maintenance program appears
4. Find affected FILE COVER in ID field
5. Update Path/Filename field with correct location

CAUSE

This alert pops up when Path/Filename does not direct to the correct location.

The Prompt box states that location is not available, which means file is not in the specified location!

CLARIFICATION

In System Document Templates (SYSDOC) program, Path/Filename field of File Cover Template (FILE COVER) must show correct location.
