DESCRIPTION

This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to UNLOCK TRUST Bank Reconciliation.

NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

PART A | Unlock the user name

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)

2. Find Trust Bank Setup (TRBANENT) program

3. Trust Bank Account Maintenance program appears

4. Select the required Trust Bank name

5. Click on Reset button (Bank Reconciliation Status part)

6. Enter Supervisor Password (PART B)

7. Click Green Tick ✅️ icon to Save and Clear

NOTE: Close Trust Bank Account Maintenance and open again to check, if any name is appearing in Bank Reconciliation Status part.
 

 

PART B | Get the Supervisor Password

1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)

2. Find System Setup (SYCONTRL) program

3. Click on Accounts Defaults (left pane)

4. Click on Accounting Settings (left pane)

5. Check the Accounts Supervisor Password (under General part)

NOTE: This will UNFLAG the user, mentioned in the prompt box!
