DESCRIPTION

Unfortunately the Help '?' icon does not show the OP Guides/Manuals as the connected Link is broken.

Due to the Internet Explorer web interface issue, the users on OP Version 8.6 and below are not able to access the OP Guides/Manuals through the Help '?' icon.

This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to Access the OP Guides/Manuals.
 

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1. Copy https://online.globalx.com.au/static/open-practice

2. Open a New Tab in Google Chrome (or any other Web Browser)

3. Paste https://online.globalx.com.au/static/open-practice

4. Click Enter (in Keyboard)

5. Click on Open Practice Manuals (Top right side)

6. Open Practice Manuals screen appears

7. Click on Star to SAVE the link as Bookmark

8. Click on any Guide (Manuals) to download
