DESCRIPTION
This article is written with step-by-step Instructions to Restrict a user to View/Edit/Update/Delete a task from any OP Program.
NOTE: Please ask an Open Practice Admin user or check if you have access to the instructed programs
STEPS TO FOLLOW
PART A | Check the User's Security Level
1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find Security User Permissions (SECURITY/USERS) program
3. Check the required Employee/User's Security Level

PART B | Check the Program Security Level
1. Go to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find Program Access Levels (SYSPROG) program
3. Program Access Maintenance box will appear
4. Find the required program (e.g. Matter Maintenance program)
5. Must update Security Level Required for Updates (Updates Level > Access Level)
6. Click Green Tick ✅️ icon to Save and Clear

NOTE: Security Level Required for Access, only allow the users to search/find the required program from the OP Search bar. Whereas, Security Level Required for Updates allow the users to view/edit/update or complete necessary tasks of the required program.
PART C | Example: Ask User to access Matter Maintenance program
1. Direct to Open Practice search bar (top find 🔍 icon)
2. Find Matter Maintenance (MAMATENT) program
3. Update any random field
4. Click Green Tick ✅️ icon to Save and Clear
5. Check_Update_Level box will appear

NOTE: This permission will override the Security Permission Groups and Security User Permissions for any Users.
