Search Manager 2022 (SM22) now offers Bulk Property Information search functionality.
This means that you can now effortlessly conduct multiple searches by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to "Property" on the top banner of SM22:
2. Select "Bulk Property Information" from the tab at the top of the page:
3. Enter your Matter/File reference and the search criteria.
- Search by Address or Title reference for NSW, QLD and/or WA. Separate multiple references by space or a new line
- Search by Address or Volume/Folio for VIC, TAS, SA, ACT and NT
- The system will generate a comprehensive quote instantly, determined by the number of title searches required.
Note: When searching by Address, users can choose to input multiple addresses and include them all in a single transaction:
4. Review live quote and accept costs.
- Once added, the references undergo live validation, and the system instantly calculates a total quote based on the number of required title searches
- Unwanted searches can be removed before the order is placed.

Once satisfied with the charges, select the "View Order" option to recieve the confirmation as illustrated below:
You can review your order, documents, and charges via Order Manager. Your title data will be provided in the form of a CSV file.
As an alternative to entering property information directly on the platform, you can choose to upload a CSV to conduct your Bulk Title searches:
1. Navigate to Bulk Property Information and select "Upload CSV."
- The lead reference recorded in the Matter file corresponds to your CSV. You can input individual references in the CSV for each search to streamline the process
- Multiple states and references can be entered for live validation.

2. Review and retrieve orders.
- To review the CSV returned, refer to Order Manager on the Lead Matter File Reference:
- References with multiple or partial matches will be returned on a separate CSV:
- Successful references will return documents and billing on the individual matter:
How to rename files:
1. Navigate to Order Manager and select "Options."
2. Review customer naming and apply.
- Users can select a combination of files
- Naming options to apply to all orders
- Once applied, click "Save"
- Upon downloading, all documents will reflect the chosen naming convention:
