Clients order litigation searches to find out if any current, pending or past proceedings exist against specific individuals or companies. We can obtain search reports within the courts of Australia and New Zealand.

To order a Litigation Search, open Search Manager 22 and navigate to the "Court and Legal" dropdown, and select "Court / Litigation Search" from the list:

From this page, you need to enter your Matter/File Reference, the Type of entity you want to search (Individual or Company), and the name of the entity you want to search. You can add multiple names. Next, select the jurisdiction (national, state or territory) and court. Again, you can search multiple courts on each order:

Once you add the relevant courts, the system will generate both the cost, and the estimated turnaround time of the search:

Once you're satisfied, click "Order" to place your request.
