How do I order Property Certificates for VIC?
Hover over the 'Property' menu on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22, and change the region to VIC:
Click on 'VIC Property Certificates' to navigate to the relevant page. (You can also change the region on this page.)
Enter your Matter/File Reference, whether you're acting on behalf of the Vendor, Purchaser, Finance or Mortgagee, and the Volume/Folio. If you don't have the Volume/Folio you can select the dropdown box for alternative search criteria (you will get charged an address browse for the volume/folio if you search by a different reference):
The address and all the available certificates for that property will populate. You will then select which certificates you require, the priority service (if applicable), and fill in all the additional required fields.
If a title and plan are required, you can select 'Application Number' to relate a title and plan from a previous order (if you need assistance finding your application number click here).
Once you have made your selection, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Purchase'.
