My client's VOI link has expired. Can I have the link resent, and will I be charged?
The link to complete a VOI is sent to your client when the order is placed. This includes information that notifies your customer that they have 96 hours to complete the VOI. If the link expires, you will need to request that the link is manually resent to your customer.
Dye & Durham incurs a third party charge for resending expired links. This cost will be passed on, so please ensure your customers are aware that the VOI needs to be completed within the 96 hour timeframe.
To request a link to be resent, please email supportau@dyedurham.com and include the relevant order number.
Please note: If you have provided the incorrect mobile number at the time of order, a new order must be placed.
