How do I order Property Certificates for NSW? 

Hover over the 'Property' menu on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22, and change the region to NSW:

Click on 'NSW Property Certificates' to navigate to the relevant page. (You can also change the region on this page.)

Then enter your Matter/File Reference, whether you're acting on behalf of the Vendor or Purchaser, and the Volume/Folio (the title reference is the lot/plan without the plan prefix, i.e. Lot 123 Plan SP45678 would be under title reference 123/45678). 

The address and all the available certificates for that property will populate. You will then select which certificates you require, the priority service (if applicable), and fill in all the additional required fields. 

Once everything is selected, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Purchase'.
