Can I request assistance in ordering a large number of property certificates and searches on our behalf?

If you have a large batch of property searches and certificates you wish for us to order on your behalf, please fill out the attached spreadsheet and send this to supportau@dyedurham.com. 

Please ensure the front page 'Mandatory Project Info' is filled out, and you have ticked to confirm you have read and accepted the statement on the page:

You are then required to add the relevant information in the state-specific 'Certificates' tab (for property certificates) or the 'Batch Searches' tab for property searches (titles, plans, dealings & ASIC extracts)

Property Certificates: 

Please make sure you have selected the correct state under the 'Certificates' tab.

Select the certificates you require in the dropdown box under 'General': 

Make sure all required fields noted with an asterisk are filled out or selected. 

Property Searches:

Please make sure you have selected the 'Batch Searches' tab if you require bulk titles, plans, dealings, and ASIC extracts: 

Then select the product you require from the dropdown next to 'Please Select the Batch Search' and make sure you have selected whether you require a 'Standard' or 'Complex Extract': 

Note: Use one 'Batch Searches' tab for each product, i.e. 'Batch Searches' tab for NSW Plans, 'Batch Searches (2)' tab for NSW Titles, and 'Batch Searches (3)' tab for NSW Dealings.

Once you send the completed spreadsheet back, we will provide a quote and turnaround time. Once accepted, then we can proceed with your request. The pricing structure is also attached for your reference.
