How do I place an order for a VIC Title Search, Plan, or Instrument?
Hover over the 'Property' menu on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22, and change the region to VIC:
Click on 'Property Information' to navigate to the relevant page. You can also change the region on this page. Enter your Matter/File Reference. Title Search is at the top of this page. In Victoria, you can search for a standalone Title Search, or by selecting a Title Package. If you select Title Package, you will be provided with a LANDATA Application number. You can search by:
- Volume/Folio
- Address
- Lot/Plan or List
- Owner (Individual)
- Owner (Organisation)
- Crown Description
- Council Number
- SPI
- Application Index
Further down the page under the heading Standard Searches, you can find Copy of Plans and Instruments, as well as many other statutory products available from the Victorian Land Registry.
