How do I place an order for a NSW Title Search, Plan, or Dealing?

Hover over the 'Property' menu on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22, and change the region to NSW:

Click on 'Property Information' to navigate to the relevant page. You can also change the region on this page. Enter your Matter/File Reference. Title Search is at the top of this page. You can search by:

• Title Reference
• Owner/Lessee (Individual)
• Owner/Lessee (Organisation)
• Address

Further down the page under the heading Standard Searches, you can find Plans and Dealings, as well as many other statutory products available from the NSW Land Registry.
