I have the current title, however, I want to find out who the previous owner was. How can I find this information?

Hover over the 'Property' menu on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22, and select 'Property Information': 

Make sure the Region selected is 'NSW' and enter your Matter/File Reference:

If you have the current title reference, please enter this in the ' Historical Search' section.

This will provide a document with the previous Title Reference, Historical Plan, and Dealings, since the title became electronic.

Copy the previous Title Reference, then go back into the Property Information page and enter this in the Cancelled Manual Title (Image) section, which will give you a copy of the Cancelled Title prior to becoming electronic.

If this is a recently cancelled title (after/or around 1995), then please order the Cancelled Title (Text) which will provide the Cancelled Electronic Title:

Note: If the search cancels and returns no results, you will not be charged.

If a cancelled title reference is a volume/folio then please enter the reference with a '-' instead of a '/'.
