I need to get a copy of a dealing, but the reference is a ‘Book and Number’, and it will not be accepted in the NSW Dealing section.
Book and Number references apply to Australian Deed Index System (ADIS) searches, which can be found on the NSW Property Information page. To navigate to this page, hover over 'Property' on the banner at the top of Search Manager 22:
Change your region to NSW and select 'Property Information':
Scroll down to 'Standard Searches' to locate ADIS Deed:
