I entered my matter reference incorrectly, but the searches have already been returned to me. Can I change the matter reference?
You can change the matter reference for billing purposes by sending an email to: supportau@dyedurham.com, with the below details:
Subject: Matter Reference Amendment
Username:
Order Number:
Matter reference:
Change matter reference to:
If an invoice has already been created for your order, you cannot amend the matter reference.
Note: This will only be reflected on your next invoice and will not be amended on the platform.
