My document has the status of ‘Expired’ in intelli-Doc. Can I still access it?

Dye & Durham must abide by the requirements set by the various Land Registries. Please see the below breakdown of the requirements of the relevant states:

NSW LRS – 20 calendar days

VIC Landata – 120 calendar days

WA Landgate – 30 calendar days

We recommend you download your results as soon as possible once received. If you require access to an 'Expired' document and you do not have a copy saved, you will have to reorder this. Dye & Durham do not retain copies of documents.
