I can’t see my pending Property Certificate in intelli-Doc. How do I confirm that it has been ordered?

You can click on ‘Order Manager’ via the black navigational bar towards the top of the page. Most Property Certificates are not displayed in intelli-Doc until they are complete. If you enter your Matter Reference on the top left hand side of the page, pending certificates will appear on this page.
