The document returned to my intelli-Doc has the status of ‘Review’. Have I been charged?
Searches returned under the status of ‘Review’ are not charged against your account. This status is to advise you that something went wrong with the processing of your request, and that you need to review your order. Check the document uploaded against the order. This should indicate the issues that need to be addressed to progress your order. It may be a simple fix.
