Package Requirements: Unity PMS Conveyancing & Unity PMS PEXA Integration
Note: Before proceeding through the following instructions, ensure you have the "NebuLAW Enhanced Conveyancing" permission set assigned to either your profile or user record. If you cannot locate any of the references in this guide or if you are unsure of any of the instructions, contact your System Administrator.
Connecting your PEXA Account to Unity PMS
Step 1: Open any Matter and navigate to the PEXA tab
Step 2: In the Authentication section, select the Connect option. You'll be taken externally to login to PEXA account before it returns you back to Unity PMS.
How to Create a PEXA Workspace in Unity PMS
Step 1: Make sure your Unity PMS account is connected to PEXA by completing the steps in the "Connecting your PEXA Account to Unity PMS" instructions above.
Step 2: Create a Property record on the Matter you want to create a PEXA workspace for. Fill in all available details, making sure that at a minimum you're providing the "Property Name" and "Title Reference".
Step 3: Update the Conveyancing details on the Matter record, ensuring that the "Property", "Conveyancing Jurisdiction", "Transaction Type", and "Representative Role" details have the correct details entered as a minimum.
Step 4: Navigate to the PEXA tab on the Matter, and click "Create Workspace".
Step 5: You can invite participants to a workspace in order for them to view the newly created workspace in PEXA. Select the Participant role and search for the Participant to Invite.
Step 6: Refresh the page and return to the PEXA tab to confirm that the Workspace creation was successful .
Viewing PEXA Invitations in Unity PMS
Step 1: You can open PEXA from PEXA Manager App in Salesforce. Open the App Launcher (9 dots, top right corner of the screen), search for and select PEXA Manager
Step 2: On any invitation that appears in the Invitation tab, click on the "View in PEXA" button.
Step 3: This will open PEXA in a separate window where you can review the selected invitation and choose to Accept, Reject or Forward to another Subscriber it.
