Disbursements can be synced to Xero for payment before invoicing.
Note: Users that don't have access to Xero will not be able to complete these steps.
Syncing a Disbursement
Click on the Post to Xero from the disbursement to send this record to Xero.
The disbursement will appear in as a Bill pending payment in Xero. Go to Purchases > Bills in Xero to locate these records and apply payments.
Checking for Payments
After the bill is paid in Xero, users can click on the Sync Payments Now button in the Xero Manager page to manually trigger the Xero sync. Otherwise, the scheduled Xero sync will trigger at the end of the business day.
The disbursement record will update to Paid reflect its status in Xero.
