A Fee Earner is a user that can record Time Entries against a Matter which can later be billed as Professional Fees.

A Fee Earner record must be created for all users recording Time Entries. This record also contains the different Charge Rates the user can apply when recording time entries. 

You can find user fee earner records from the App Launcher or Console drop list.

Fee Earners are created from the fee earners tab by selecting New and fill in the details of the provided form.

Note: If you do not have access to update your own Fee Earner record, please contact your System Administrator.

Note: Only one Fee Earner record should be created per user and are required before recording Time Entries.

We can assign 6 charge rates for each fee earner that can be used for recording time entries.
